Ernie Euler
Heading Matthew Development is Ernie Euler with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate.  The “visionary” of the company, Ernie is an expert on the specifics of negotiating land contracts and leases.  Under his leadership, Matthew has completed numerous real estate projects, including lifestyle centers, regional power centers, grocery anchored retail centers, office parks and residential subdivisions. 

Ernie looks forward to every company venture as a new set of challenges and rewards.

“There is a lot of gratification that comes from hearing comments from shoppers that a new project has made life easier and more enjoyable for them,” he says.

He has set a high standard of excellence and integrity for the company and is involved in all stages of operations from concept through design, construction, and stabilization.

 

Mike Renfro
One of the founding partners of Matthew, Mike Renfro provides energetic leadership to the operations part of the business. With 19 years experience in real estate brokerage and 11 years in development, Mike really understands what it takes to develop a piece of property.   He knows, “where it’s been, where it is, where it’s going, and what it takes to get it there.”

Known for his high standards and integrity, Mike emphasizes that Matthew is selective of its clients and always follows through with full service on all projects.

“Our company emphasizes high quality, even if it has the effect of lowering our return on investments,” he says. “We choose projects that will stand the test of time and that will be a source of pride to the community.”

 

Bernie Brooks
Bernie Brooks is administrative assistant to both principal officers at Matthew Development, as well as, the Property Manager at Corporate Park at Viera.  A Florida licensed real estate agent, she has much experience and training in finances and properties.   She majored in business and finance and has served as a vice-president of Loyola Federal Savings Bank, Baltimore, Md., and as the supervisor of the Washington Metropolitan Regional Commercial and Residential Lending Operation.

 

Rick Renfro
Rick Renfro’s primary focus is on retail leasing and local opportunities for development.  He is currently managing several Office and Retail Center develpments on the east coast of Florida.   Associated with Matthew Development since 2002, he has brokered more than $10 million in vacant land sales and sold or leased more than 80 thousand-sq. ft. of retail shop or office space.

A CCIM designee, he is a cum laude graduate of Stetson University with a major in communications and a minor in finance.

His person goal is “to consistently add value, expertise, and integrity to every transaction that I am involved in.”

 

Charine Lewis

A CCIM Candidate, Charine has more than 15 years of experience as a licensed broker in commercial real estate, including handling sales, leasing, property management, and acting as a tenant representative for several franchises.

Charine's focus is on third party brokerage including outside sales, leasing and listing of properties. She works with developers, investors sellers and buyers representing them in projects from  raw land, condo office buildings, small retail centers to selling multi-tenant office buildings and warehouse space. 

Charine’s background includes being sales and leasing manager for EBC Business Centers of Atlanta at Rialto Place, Melbourne, and broker for Corplex Realty, Inc./Corplex Development, Inc. in Melbourne.

She is past president of Viera Rotary Club, past president of Suntree Area Business Association, and past treasurer of Junior League of Central and North Brevard, along with serving in various capacities for several local charitable organizations.
