When Ernie Euler and Mike Renfro established Matthew Development, LLC, in 2001, they had already worked together for 13 years on numerous development and brokerage projects.
Since that time, Matthew Developments, LLC, has established itself as a leader in Florida retail development with a reputation for creating high quality office and residential projects.
The company has completed a number of business projects independently and in partnership with other firms. The Avenue at Viera, an 800,000 square foot lifestyle project, was co-developed with the Cousins Company. Publix has also worked with Matthew to build several Publix anchored neighborhood retail centers.
In the future, the goal of Matthew Development, LLC, will be to continue to select top quality development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for its Florida friends and neighbors.
